1. What Parivance is

Parivance is a program that runs inside a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet. It builds on-call schedules from information you enter: the physicians in your rotation, their unavailable dates, your holiday preferences, and how your practice defines a weekend.

Parivance is provided by Axiolume, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Axiolume, LLC, and your license agreement is with Axiolume, LLC.

2. Your copy is yours

When you copy Parivance, that spreadsheet is created in your Google Drive™ under your Google account. You own it. We have no access to it, cannot read it, cannot modify it, and cannot delete it. If you stop paying, the file and every schedule in it remain yours.

3. The free trial

The trial permits building new schedules for fourteen days, starting from your first schedule. When it ends, schedules already built remain fully usable (readable, editable, and printable), and only the creation of new schedules pauses.

4. License

A paid license covers one practice for one year from the date of purchase, and permits unlimited schedule generation for the physicians in that practice's rotation. The license is not transferable between practices.

5. What Parivance does not do

Parivance produces a proposed schedule from the rules and dates you supply. It does not verify that the result satisfies your employment agreements, credentialing requirements, hospital bylaws, or any other legal or contractual obligation. Review every schedule before you publish it. Responsibility for the schedule you adopt rests with your practice.

6. Availability

Parivance runs on Google infrastructure inside your own spreadsheet. We operate no servers involved in running it, so we cannot guarantee the availability of Google Sheets or Google Apps Script, and outages of those services are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

Parivance is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of it is limited to the amount you paid for your current license year. We are not liable for consequential losses, including any arising from a schedule you published.

8. Support and refunds

Support is by email. If Parivance does not work for your practice, tell us within thirty days of purchase and we will refund the license year in full.

9. Changes

These terms may change for future license years. Changes do not apply retroactively to a license year you have already paid for.
